Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: If the Order has not yet been processed, it can simply be cancelled. Please call our Office Landline on 035 474 2748 or Cell/Whatsapp us on 082 062 1982 and we can assist you.
The Order Couldn’t able to cancel if the order has already been delivered or prepared.
Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: You can Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call our Office Landline on 035 474 2748 or Cell: 082 062 1982 within in 7 working days of receiving your order and we can advise the options available to you.
Q: CAN I PAY NOW AND COLLECT LATER?
A: We will only keep goods that have been paid for, for 14 working days. Goods not collected within 14 working days, could attract additional charges. If it take more than 14 days, the customer will be take fully responsible to pay the storage fee for R 50 (Fifty Rand) per day. And after 30 days, The Company Has right and empowerment to re-sale the products to the other customers.
Q: WHAT DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRED FOR COLLECTION/DELIVERY?
A: A Slip/Proof of Payment is required for collection or Delivery.
Q: HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
A: Delivery can be arranged average 1 to 3 days from purchase provided we have stock and payment is received in full and reflecting in our bank account.
Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be instances where the delivery time could be effected. The Customer will be alerted to any changes.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
A: Due to the nature and size of the products, a delivery cost has to be involved and we have calculated long and hard to bring you the most affordable delivery rates possible. Q: HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
A: Should you be entitled to a refund for any reason as stated in our Return Policy. If goods are correctly supplied non-defective, A 10% of handling/administration fee, 15% repackaging and pick up fees will be deducted.
We will process your refund according to your method of payment and refunds can take up to 7 working days after it has been approved and processed.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO RETURN?
A: Correctly supplied not-defective goods ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND, charges will be applicable. A 10% of handling/administration fee, 15% repackaging and pick up fee will be charged.
Q: CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY?
A: No, Unfortunately not. Payment must be made in full and reflecting in our account before delivery or collection takes place.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CHEQUE?
A: Due to the fraud, the bank do not accept any cheque from 01 November 2020. Therefore, the company will be stop receive the cheque from 15 October 2020. But the other transaction will be available.
Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASES?
A: We accept payment by:
- Hand Cash direct to Company
- Instant EFT
- Online Banking
Cash on Delivery is not accepted all payment must be made in full and reflecting in our bank account prior to delivery/collection.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT THE HAND CASH DEPOSIT TO THE BANK.
A: NO!! Customer will be liable for all hand cash deposit penalties. 3% are Required!!!
Q: DO YOU DO LAY-BYES?
A: Yes, for lay-byes, we require a 30% deposit and up to 3 months to pay the remaining 70%.
Products may only be delivered/collected once the full purchase is paid in full and is reflecting in our account.
Q: I WANT A COLOUR/DESIGN SIMILAR TO WHAT YOU HAVE. CAN YOU MAKE IT FOR ME?
A: Yes, we do manufacturer. Once you send the Pictures Design, Colour and Sizes that you would like us to make, then we can always manufacturer and modify according to customer requests.
Q: CAN YOU RESERVE STOCK FOR ME?
A: Unfortunately, we do not reserve stock without receiving a 50% deposit payment. If you pay a 50% deposit, we can reserve stock for you and we will keep it in our warehouse for a maximum of 14 working days.
Q: DO PRODUCTS COME ASSEMBLED?
A: Most of products are delivered assembled.
Q: WHAT TYPE OF TIMBERS ARE USED?
A: Different Product uses different timber.
- SCHOOL DESK – SUPAWOOD & SALIGNA ARE PROVIDED!
- OFFICE FURNITURE – MELAMINE & PINE ARE PROVIDED!
- Melamine available Colour: Oak, Cherry, Mahogany, or any other colour required from the customer.
- Pine Timber available Colour: Silkwood & Black
- HOME FURNITURE – PINE WOOD ARE PROVIDED!
Q: WHAT MATERIALS MADE FOR OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND?
A: IT CAN BE MADE WITH WOODEN OR STEEL.
Q: DO YOU DO INSTALLATION FOR OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND?
A: We do. The installation will only be made after fully payment.
Q: ARE THERE ANY FEES REQUIRED IF I WOULD LIKE PAINT THE COLOURS ON MY OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND?
A: The price will be quote original wooden plain timber within varnished, therefore, the fees is required for paint in colours. But steel will be painted in colours.
Q: IS THERE A WARRANTY ON PRODUCT?
A: Different goods carry different period of warranty. Warranties cover factory faults or defects. No damages caused by wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accident or causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship are covered by the warranty.
Q: DO YOU DO REPAIR IF THE PRODUCTS NOT PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY?
A: We do. The Repair Fee & Labour Fee will be charged.
Q: DO YOU RELEASE PRICE LIST?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t as the quantity do effect to the price. The more quantity you take then the price might be cheaper. Please always make sure you notify the quantity before we can able to make you the quote.
The price will only be shown when there’s a promotion.
Q: DO YOU DO DISCOUNT OR IS PRICE NOGITABLE?
A: The price is negotiable if you can show us the hard proof that our price is higher than the other competitors.
Discount will be given when the Quantity are order more in bulk. The company will be adjusted.
