DELIVERIES/COLLECTIONS

1.  Do you offer a delivery service and what is the delivery fee?

Yes. we do offer a delivery service. The delivery fee is based on the distance to the delivery address. Your nearest store will provide the delivery fee applicable to your area.

Deliveries will only be made where there is reasonable access to the premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items can easily pass through doors, up staircases etc and that the old furniture and any breakables are removed from the space where goods are to be delivered. No furniture will be hoisted up onto balconies or through windows. If the customer requests that these terms be ignored, Excel will not be held liable for any damage to goods or property.

 

 

2.  Can I pay for my products and collect them later?

Yes. Goods may be collected at a later stage provided payment has been made in full. All goods are to be collected within 30 days from the date of purchase. An additional charge will be levied for late collections.


3.  Does it Compulsory for the customer to bring the slip & proof of payment for collection?

Yes. It is compulsory. If we didn't see the slip & Proof of Payment, unfortunately, we wouldn't able to let the customer pick up the stock.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on products?

All goods carry a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise specified. Warranties cover factory faults or defects. No damages caused by wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accident or causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship are covered. Warranties apply for domestic use. Goods used for commercial use are not covered unless specifically stated on the invoice.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Do you do Lay Buys?

We do Lay Buys and we do accept deposits paid on goods at a minimum of 50% of the purchase price. The goods will then be held for no longer than 30 days from date of deposit or arrival of goods (if pre-purchased).

2. What payment method do you accept?

  • Cash Deposit/Transfer
  • Cash in Hand
  • EFT => Goods will only be released once the full invoice amount is reflected in our bank account. This may take up to 3 days
  • Cheque => Goods will only be released once the cheque is cleared. This may take up to 7-10 days
